History

St. Thomas was one of the twelve Apostles of Jesus Christ. He was born in Galilee. He is regarded as the patron saint of India. He was a courageous Apostle of Christ. He died in 72 AD. His feast is celebrated on 3rd July.

History

St. Augustine (354 – 430 AD) was an early Christian theologian and philosopher whose writings influenced the development of Western Christianity. He was the Bishop of Hippo. His feast is celebrated on 28th August.

St. Alphonsa House

(Yellow House)

History

St. Alphonsa (1910 – 1946) was a Syro – Malabar Catholic Franciscan nun. She is the first woman of Indian origin to be canonized as a saint by the Catholic Church. She was a teacher and a friend of school children. Her feast is celebrated on 28th July.

St. Antony of Padua (1195 – 1231) was a Portuguese Catholic Priest and friar of the Franciscan Order. He is known for his powerful preaching and expert knowledge of scripture. He is also the patron saint of finding things and lost people. His feast is celebrated on 13th June.
